around the entire back yard, and a solid vet reference.

February is the month for LOVE, so Happy Valentines Day from Zeus, our 75 lbs white American Bulldog Mix of 4 and a half years old!

     Zeus' striking looks are only outdone by the sweetness of his personality. He is best described as happy and goofy! He is bursting with love and ready to shower it on the people and other pets in his life. Good with cats, playful with dogs, and over-the-moon to get affection from the humans in his life. He is a happy, happy boy despite his rough start on the streets, and has been a source of joy and entertainment to his foster family. He is super easy to live with, has fully embraced living in a home, and is house trained and crate trained.

     Other pets: Zeus does well with cats, he loves other dogs, and will do well with or without other pets.

     Children: Zeus had a mini foster experience in a home with a 9 year old boy and absolutely loved him. He has not been around  children under the age of 8, but dog savvy kids who are a little older would be fine with him.

     He is a bit shy at first, but his need to love and be love quickly overcomes that. In his foster home,he is quiet and attentive. He responds very well to his name. He loves playing tug and pulling the stuffing from squeaky toys! He also enjoys chew toys, stuffed Kongs, and other food puzzles. A quick learner, he already knows the cues for SIT, TOUCH (touch his nose to your hand), OFF and he is currently learning DOWN, PLACE (go to a mat), and how to walk politely on a leash.

     Zeus is healthy and up to date on all vaccines, fecal exam, he is neutered and microchipped.  Zeus was born about April 2018.

Adopters must live within 30 minutes of Tulsa since we do home visits on every applicant who is approved on paper.

The adoption fee is $200.00 and includes current vaccinations, negative heartworm test, deworming, microchip and neuter surgery.
